Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Wloomo's website or services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Wloomo
Wloomo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Wloomo", "we", "us") provides a subscription-based wardrobe management and personal styling service operating in Bengaluru, India. Our services include cupboard visits, clothing curation, AI-powered outfit planning, and related offerings.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using Wloomo, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Services
Wloomo offers the following services, subject to availability in your area:
- Cupboard Visit (₹999): A one-time in-home wardrobe audit by a Wloomo stylist to assess your existing wardrobe and recommend a plan.
- Wardrobe Plans: Monthly subscription plans that include clothing curation, delivery, and collection as described on our website.
- AI Styling: Personalised daily outfit suggestions based on your wardrobe and preferences.
Service availability, pricing, and features are subject to change. We will notify active subscribers of material changes in advance.
4. Booking and Payments
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is due at the time of booking or subscription activation.
- We accept payments through the methods listed at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
- Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as agreed) until you cancel.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cupboard Visit: You may reschedule or cancel at no charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
- Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are issued for the current billing period; service continues until the period ends.
- Refund requests for exceptional circumstances are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Ensure our team has safe and reasonable access to your home for scheduled visits.
- Keep your account information up to date.
- Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our platform.
- Treat Wloomo staff with respect during home visits and interactions.
7. Our Responsibilities
- We will handle your clothing and personal belongings with care during cupboard visits and delivery.
- We maintain appropriate insurance for items in our possession.
- In the event of damage or loss caused by us, we will assess liability on a case-by-case basis, limited to the reasonable value of the affected items.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Wloomo website and app — including text, design, logos, and software — is owned by Wloomo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wloomo's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website.
